Was ich jetzt wirklich vermisse
von Georges aus der DR Kongo Diese Zeit des Lockdowns ist schwer zu ertragen, aber wir haben keine Wahl. Vor Covid-19 gingen wir spazieren, wir planten den Tag gut strukturiert, weil alles, was geplant war, wahr wurde und am Ende der Woche, am Sonntag, gingen wir in die Kirche, um zu Gott zu beten und unsere Sorgen zu teilen. Während dieser Zeit von Covid-19 sind alle Aktivitäten blockiert, sogar die Kirchen und Schulen sind geschlossen. Während dieser Zeit bei uns: keine Spaziergänge, also keine Ausflüge wie zuvor. Wir gehen nur aus, wenn wir auf den Markt gehen müssen, um einen Lebensmittelvorrat aufzufüllen.
What I really miss now

Before covid-19,we went for a walk,we planned the day well, because everything planned came true and at the end of the week, on sunday, we went to church to pray to God and proclaim his worders. During this time of covid-19, all activities are blocked, even the churches and schools are closed. During this period, with us: no walks so no outings as before. We go out only when we need to go to the market to have a food stock.

Inspiration durch den Freiwilligendienst
von Josephat Seleman Hema aus Tansania Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass ich nach meinem Freiwilligendienst, der wie alle anderen abrupt endete, einige Dinge zu Hause wieder neu entdecken würde. Ich kam zurück nach Tansania, in das Land, das ich besser als gut kenne. Aber ich schmunzle jedes Mal, wenn ich merke, dass ich die meisten Dinge nach meiner Rückkehr wieder neu lernen muss.
Inspiration from the Voluntary Service

I was coming back to Tanzania, the country that I know more than much I would say. But I happen to smile every time, I realised that I’m re-learning most of the things after coming back.
