Intermediate seminar in Bad Schandau
by Median from Sambia Two weeks ago, I was in Bad Schandau for an intermediate seminar. Bad Schandau is a town in the district of Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge in Saxony. It is located on the right bank of the Elbe, at the mouth of the Kirnitzsch valley and is often referred to as Saxon Switzerland. This was the center of our seminar. In Bad Schandau we had many activities every day, for example we had nice group hikes into the Ostrava Mountains, 9.10 kilometers long and 345m straight up to the top of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, which made it interesting with stairs and ladders. In addition to the beautiful nature experiences, there was also a lot of interesting educational content, such as on the topic of global justice and climate change by Phillip from
