I have studied Business Administration at Chandigarh University in India and graduated in 2022. I am doing some business in my home town which is in Karo Regency, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Ich spiele gerne Fußball, liebe es zu lesen, besonders die Bibel zu lesen, mit meinen Freunden und Gleichaltrigen zusammen zu sein und wir reden und arbeiten zusammen. Eigentlich liebe ich die Menschen sehr, denn Gott sagt uns, dass wenn du deine Mitmenschen liebst, du auch Gott liebst.
Hello, I greet you in the name of Jesus. my name is MUHAYIMANA Isaac. I am 25 years old and I live with both of my parents, my two brothers and one sister in Rwanda. I have studied electrical engineering and I graduated in 2017. That’s what I’m doing so far. I am a Christian in the Anglican Church in Rwanda Diocese of Shyogwe. I like to play football, love reading, especially reading the Bible, to be with my friends and peers and we talk and work together. Actually, I love people very much, because God tells us that when you love your partner you also love God.
In 2022, for the first time since I was born, I celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve without my family and outside my home country. I thought I couldn't celebrate alone - and I couldn't imagine celebrating with people other than my family. Of course it was difficult for me, but then it turned out that I was not alone, but celebrated Christmas Eve together with Carolin, Helen, Barbara, Gentile and others.
Im Jahr 2022 habe ich das erste Mal seit ich geboren wurde Weihnachten und Silvester ohne meine Familie und außerhalb meines Heimatlandes gefeiert. Ich dachte, dass ich nicht alleine feiern kann - und auch konnte ich mir nicht vorstellen, mit anderen Menschen außer mit meiner Familie zu feiern.
von Helen aus Indien Mein Name ist Helen Henry Moses aus Indien (Tamil Nadu). Ich bin am 24. November 2022 26 Jahre alt geworden. Ich habe mein Masterstudium in Sozialarbeit absolviert (Master of Social work in the Specialisation of Medical and Psychiatric settings). Ich bin eine Person, die es liebt, neue Dinge zu lernen. Ich interessiere mich auch für Singen, Schreiben, Musik hören und Kochen und ich möchte noch mehr entdecken. Über meinen Freiwilligendienst in Deutschland möchte ich vom Tag meiner Ankunft schreiben – ich bin am 9. Dezember 2022 in Deutschland (Düsseldorf) gelandet, nach einer 8-stündigen Reise von Indien. Ich wurde vom Team (Carolin, Jenny, Frida, Daniel und Lilli) sehr herzlich empfangen. Ja, dies ist meine erste Reise überhaupt, bei der ich für längere Zeit von meiner Familie und meinen Freund*innen getrennt bin.
