Transkulturalität bedeutet, dass eine Kultur nicht homogen und geschlossen ist, und nicht identisch ist mit einem bestimmten Land. Der Aufbaukurs Herbst 2018 war der zweite Teil der JuLeiCa-Ausbildung 2018 der Evangelischen Jugend Dortmund – dieses Mal war ich dabei. Zusammen mit Jana Michler und Ariane Buchenau war ich im evangelischen Jugendbildungszentrum Nordwalde. Der erste Teil von JuLeiCa wurde Anfang dieses Jahres im Grundkurs Frühjahr 2018 durchgeführt. Batik: Eine alte-neue Technik auf der Insel Juist

Gerade bin ich von einer Woche auf der Nordseeinsel Juist zurück gekommen. Dort habe ich gemeinsam mit drei Kolleginnen vom Evangelischen Bildungswerk eine Mutter-Kind-Großmütter Freizeit begleitet. Meine Kollegin Gerda hat mir schon vor der Freizeit gesagt, dass ich mir ein weißes T-Shirt kaufen sollte und mitnehmen sollte. Dann können wir das T-Shirt auf Juist bunt gestalten. Ich konnte mir das nicht vorstellen, was wir genau machen, aber ich habe mir ein T-Shirt gekauft. (mehr …)

I have just returned home after being at the North Sea island of Juist for one week. There, together with three colleagues from my placement, the Evangelische Bildungswerk Dortmund, I accompanied a mother-child-grandmother’s leisure time. My colleague Gerda told me before, that I should buy a white t-shirt and take It with me. She told me we would dip the t-shirt during our time in Juist in beautiful colours.
